Interior design
We plan the space and select materials and finishes, then produce 3D visuals and construction drawings for homes, offices and cafés.
Quantity take-off & BOQs
Measured from the drawings, with the drawing number and page noted against every item.
Estimating & rate analysis
We build each rate from materials, labour and equipment, then add indirect costs and profit. The formulas stay live in the file.
Tender support
We prepare the technical and financial offers and check the tender conditions and BOQ before submission, including bids on Etimad.
Design & drawing review
We pick up clashes between disciplines and check the drawings against the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
Contract administration & scheduling
FIDIC contract administration, variations and claims, and programmes built in Primavera P6.

What do I send you to get a quotation for a take-off?
Architectural and structural drawings in PDF or DWG, specifications if available, and the scope to be priced. We reply within two working days with a proposal stating duration and deliverables.
How do I verify the quantities are accurate?
Every item carries a drawing and page reference in the Dimensions Reference sheet, and the bill passes an independent second check before issue.
Which measurement rules do you follow?
Recognised rules of measurement (RICS NRM) or the method stated in the contract or by the owner, named on the cover sheet.
Can you review contractor offers on my behalf?
Yes. We compare each offer item by item against our estimate, add a commercial summary and a weighted technical score, and state the risks in each offer plainly.
