MEP works
We coordinate and deliver these with specialist subcontractors for HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems.
Industrial coating & rope access
We coat industrial structures and equipment using IRATA-certified rope-access teams.

What is your contracting scope?
Finishes, civil works, joinery, waterproofing, ornament and facades. MEP is coordinated with a specialist contractor or added under a separate agreement.
How are payments managed?
An advance payment, then monthly applications by documented progress (photos and measurements), with retention released after handover.
Do you provide a binding programme?
Yes, a critical-path programme in Primavera P6 attached to the contract and updated monthly.
What about warranties?
A one-year defects warranty on finishes, ten years on waterproofing per the approved system, and manufacturers’ warranties on materials.
