Does your scope include MEP works?

Our general-contractor scope covers finishes, civil works, joinery and waterproofing. MEP is coordinated with a specialist contractor under our supervision, or added to the scope under a separate agreement.

Typical duration for a 300 m² head office?

Eight to twelve weeks from design approval to handover, depending on bespoke joinery and furniture lead times.
