What we collect
Only what you type or attach in the site’s forms: in the request form, name, organisation, mobile, email, city, request type, service, project type, stage, area, target start and indicative budget if you enter them, preferred visit date, project description, and any file you attach such as drawings or a bill of quantities; in the careers form, your professional details and CV; in the supplier registration form, company details, contact person, category and specialty. This site uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising analytics; your browser stores your light or dark display choice locally on your device only.
Why
Solely to answer your request and prepare a scope and quotation, to consider a job application, or to contact registered suppliers when a need arises. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Requests and attached files are received through our hosting provider’s form service (Netlify) and forwarded to our mailbox. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to that chat.
Retention
We keep a request and its attachments while we discuss the project, then delete them within 12 months unless a contract requires us to keep them. We keep job applications and CVs for no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us at the address below, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
