What is the turnaround?
A complete set for villas and mid-size buildings within 24–48 hours, and tender quantity take-off within 72 hours. For larger projects, the delivery schedule is set out in the quotation.
Which file formats do you deliver?
Drawings in DWG and PDF; quantity take-off and priced BOQ in Excel. We accept your drawings in DWG or PDF.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions on consultant comments are included. Anything beyond that, or changes arising from a change in the design itself, is agreed with you before it is carried out.
Do you keep my drawings confidential?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on every project and never use or publish your drawings for any other purpose.
How does pricing work?
Per sheet or per square metre, depending on the project and the disciplines required. We price after reviewing the drawings and send a fixed quote within 24 hours.
