MEP design for all systems
Full MEP design for villas and commercial and office buildings, with documented load calculations and drawings coordinated between disciplines before they reach site.
Systems we design
- HVAC and ventilation: cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct routes, ventilation and extract.
- Water supply and drainage: cold and hot water, foul and storm drainage, tanks and pumps.
- Power and lighting: load calculations, distribution boards and single-line diagrams, interior and exterior lighting.
- Fire fighting and alarm: sprinkler and hose reel networks, detection and alarm systems, to civil defence requirements and the adopted code.
- Low current: data networks, CCTV and communications.
Coordination between disciplines
The combined services drawing brings system routes in ceilings and shafts together and resolves clashes with structure and architecture before construction, followed by coordinated MEP shop drawings for each system.
