What services does Arab Creators provide?
Three disciplines: engineering consultancy (architectural and interior design, quantity surveying, pricing, tender support, design review, contract management and occupational health & safety systems), contracting and project execution (structural works, turnkey fit-out, classical ornament and GRC, landscape, industrial coating and rope access), and advertising and media (visual identity, company profiles, digital marketing, websites and architectural photography).
Where do you work?
We serve projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Our head office is in 15th of May City, Cairo, and our Riyadh office is being established.
What do you need to prepare an accurate quotation?
Drawings in PDF or DWG, the technical specification, a bill of quantities if one exists, the project location, the required scope and the target date. The more complete the documents, the fewer assumptions in the quotation.
Do you visit and inspect sites?
Yes, in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with the visit scheduled by arrangement. Choose “Site visit and inspection” in the request form and give the city and a preferred date.
How can suppliers and subcontractors register with you?
Through the supplier and subcontractor registration form on this site: company details, category, specialty and the cities you cover. We contact registered companies when a suitable opportunity arises.
How do you build a price?
From three elements, materials, labour and equipment, to reach the direct cost, then indirect costs, then profit margin. Each element sits in its own cell with a live formula, and every quantity is linked to its drawing number and page.
Do you support government tenders on Etimad?
Yes. We prepare the technical and financial offers and review the tender conditions and bills of quantities before submission.
In what formats are deliverables issued?
Bills of quantities and pricing in Excel with live formulas, drawings in DWG and PDF, and programmes in Primavera P6 with an XER file and a PDF copy. Advertising work is delivered as open AI, INDD and PSD files.
Do you carry out MEP works?
We coordinate and deliver them with specialist subcontractors for HVAC, fire protection and electrical works, under single-point engineering supervision.
Can we work in English?
Yes. Correspondence and deliverables are available in Arabic, English or both.
Are the projects shown on the site your own work?
The projects shown are works the founding team took part in, in Saudi Arabia, during its members' careers, including clearly labelled design proposals and 3D visualisations; client names are withheld for privacy. Advertising samples are sent on request.
How is my data used when I send a request?
Form data is used only to answer your request. The site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Details are in the privacy notice.
What are your working hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can send a request through the website or WhatsApp at any time.
