These are our approved list prices, the same ones used in the quote calculator. VAT of 15% is added in Saudi Arabia; in Egypt prices are in Egyptian pounds with 14% VAT. The minimum order applies when the quantity result is lower.

How the price is calculated
- Shop drawings: per A1 sheet. The number of sheets depends on floors, sections and required details, not on area alone.
- Quantity take-off and BOQ pricing: per 100 m² of built-up area, all disciplines for a tender take-off.
- 3D renders: per view, including modelling, lighting and final output.
- Design: per m² of built-up area.
Worked examples
- Take-off for a 450 m² villa: 450 ÷ 100 × 90 = 405 SAR, below the minimum, so 2,000 SAR applies. With VAT: 2,300 SAR.
- 24 architectural shop drawing sheets: 24 × 165 = 3,960 SAR. With VAT: 4,554 SAR.
- Take-off for a 6,000 m² building: 60 × 90 = 5,400 SAR. With VAT: 6,210 SAR.
- 4 exterior render views: 4 × 667 = 2,668 SAR. With VAT: 3,068 SAR.

How much is a shop drawing sheet in 2026?
Our price for an A1 architectural shop drawing sheet is 165 SAR, structural with bar bending schedules 195 SAR and coordinated MEP 175 SAR, before VAT, with a 1,500 SAR minimum order.
How much does a villa quantity take-off cost?
A tender take-off for all disciplines is 90 SAR per 100 m² with a 2,000 SAR minimum. A 450 m² villa costs 2,000 SAR, or 2,300 SAR with VAT.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. 15% VAT is added in Saudi Arabia, and 14% in Egypt where prices are in Egyptian pounds.
Is the price final?
Prices are estimates from the approved price list; the final price is confirmed in the quotation after reviewing the drawings and scope.
