What a project HSE plan includes
- Small or medium project plan: safety policy, organisation and responsibilities, risk assessment, permit-to-work system, emergency and evacuation plan.
- Full plan for a large project: all of the above plus a risk register per activity, job safety analysis (JSA), subcontractor requirements, a training plan and KPIs.
- Company HSE management system: system manual, procedures and forms based on ISO 45001 with a gap assessment, applied across all company projects. Certification itself is issued by an accredited body.
