Our services for projects in Jeddah
We serve projects in Jeddah, Makkah and the rest of the Western Region remotely: villas, residential and commercial buildings and fit-out works. We receive the drawings in DWG or PDF, send the scope, price and delivery date, then deliver the files electronically and answer consultant comments within the scope.
An independent second engineer reviews every set before delivery.
Site visits and coordination
We work on Jeddah projects remotely and coordinate with your site team through the photos and measurements you send; site visits are free within Riyadh and arranged case by case in other cities on request.
Stamping and VAT
Our drawings are prepared for review, approval and stamping by the project's licensed consultant or engineer; we do not stamp drawings for authorities. Prices are in SAR before VAT, and 15% VAT is added in the Kingdom. For a quick estimate use the quote calculator.
