A double-height office lobby: a suspended crystal wave installation and curved gypsum bulkheads with continuous linear light coves, downlights and air diffusers.
What finishing typically covers
- Sample and material approval before procurement (material submittals).
- Plastering, waterproofing, flooring and marble, ceilings, painting and joinery.
- Coordination with MEP works by specialist contractors so that trades do not clash.
- A snag list before handover, closed out item by item.
- Handover with warranties and approved material records.
