What structural works typically covers
- Review of structural drawings and bar-bending schedules before start, raising any conflict as an RFI.
- Formwork, reinforcement and pouring to the approved drawings and Saudi Building Code SBC 304.
- Concrete quality control: slump tests, standard cube sampling and tracking of results.
- Structural steel: shop drawings, connections and corrosion protection to specification.
- Stage-by-stage inspection with the consultant, each stage recorded in a signed inspection report.
