Worked examples
- 400 m² villa: architectural 400 × 35 = 14,000, so the 15,000 minimum applies; structural 8,000; MEP 8,000. Total 31,000 SAR, with VAT 35,650 SAR.
- 700 m² villa: architectural 24,500, structural 10,500, MEP 10,500. Total 45,500 SAR, with VAT 52,325 SAR.
- Adding interior design to the 700 m² villa: 700 × 150 = 105,000 SAR before VAT.
The examples are arithmetic from the price list. The final price is confirmed in the quotation after reviewing the brief and the site.
What each discipline includes
- Architectural: space planning, plans, elevations, sections and architectural details.
- Structural: the structural system, calculation report, and foundation, column and slab drawings.
- MEP: power and lighting, water supply and drainage, HVAC and fire requirements.
Permits and stamping
In Saudi Arabia we provide the technical work remotely. Stamped drawings required by the authorities for a building permit go through a licensed Saudi engineering office. Ask about this arrangement when you request a quote.
Payment terms
30% in advance, 30% on approval of the concept design and 40% on delivery of the construction drawings, per the price list terms.
