These come from our approved price list, the same one used in the quote calculator. VAT of 15% is added in Saudi Arabia; in Egypt prices are in Egyptian pounds with 14% VAT.

What interior design includes
Full interior design runs in three stages: the concept and space planning, then 3D renders of the main spaces, then the construction drawings the contractor builds from. The price is per m² of the designed spaces.
Worked examples
- 180 m² apartment: 180 × 150 = 27,000 SAR. With VAT: 31,050 SAR.
- 450 m² villa: 450 × 150 = 67,500 SAR. With VAT: 77,625 SAR.
- 60 m² office: 60 × 150 = 9,000 SAR, below the minimum, so 12,000 SAR applies. With VAT: 13,800 SAR.
- 6 render views: 6 × 667 = 4,002 SAR. With VAT: 4,602 SAR.
- Only 2 views: 2 × 667 = 1,334 SAR, so the 2,000 SAR minimum applies. With VAT: 2,300 SAR.

What sets the cost
- The area of the spaces to be designed, not the plot area.
- The number of render views, and whether they are interiors or exteriors.
- Whether accurate architectural drawings exist; without them a measured survey comes first.
- The level of construction detail needed for ceilings, floors, joinery and lighting.
How to keep the cost down
- Prepare reference images of the style you like before the concept starts.
- Order renders for the main spaces only and use drawings for the rest.
- Order the design and the construction drawings together to avoid rework on site.
