About the company
Arab Creators for Engineering Consultancy is an engineering office based in Cairo serving projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf: architectural, structural and MEP design, construction and shop drawings, and quantity take-off. Our team works with contractors and owners on residential, commercial and villa projects, and we are looking for an architect to join the design team.
Main tasks
- Architectural design and design development of residential, commercial and villa projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Construction and shop drawings in AutoCAD and Revit to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and municipality (Balady) requirements.
- Facade design following the Saudi Architecture design guidelines.
- 3D renders in 3ds Max with V-Ray, or in Lumion or Enscape.
- Coordination with the structural and MEP disciplines.
- Support for quantity take-off.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience; experience on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.
- 3ds Max with V-Ray, or Lumion.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Balady submissions.
- A portfolio is required to apply.
- Arabic and English.
- Saudi Council of Engineers membership is a plus.
